Michelle Saras was my service advisor when my 2023 Trailblazer was scheduled for regular service. All went well with no problems. There was one procedure that could not be accomplished at this time which had to do with a recall pertaining to the Park Assist Feature. Seems like I am waiting for the part(s) to arrive.

Joe and the whole service team provided excellent communication and service. I had to take my vehicle in unexpectedly and from the first phone call to schedule to the vehicle pick up was smoothing sailing. I work overnights so being able to contact with Joe via the portal was very convenient. Thank you all for your hard work.
